Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking number and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
The items on the website are pre owned. While every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions, some items may be missing parts or accessories that were included when new. Please look carefully at the photos to determine if this item is suitable for your purposes.
Occasionally an item offered for sale on this site may no longer be available for a variety of reasons. If an item turns out to be unavailable, your payment will be promptly refunded and you will be notifed by email.
Returns: Most items can be returned for a full refund if found to be defective, not as described, or damaged in shipping. Certain items sold ‘as is’ or ‘damaged’, as noted as such in title or description, are ineligible for refund. In all cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide return shipping.
Shipping: Most items will take 5-10 business days to arrive. We do not offer expedited shipping options. Tracking information is available upon request and is usually available within 48 hours of ordering.
